Hi, I’m Joao. I’m a visual storyteller with a strong interest in UX, animation, and inclusive design. I enjoy speaking about artificial intelligence, my Moluccan heritage. My work and talks often address topics such as data colonialism, bias in technology and media, internet culture, data activism, and anti-racism. I also facilitate hands-on workshops on the responsible use of generative artificial intelligence, and create documentaries about craft, music, and cooking.
